EAM was founded in 1980 to provide mechanical and electrical consulting and design services.

Over the past twenty-five years EAM has established a record of many successful projects and satisfied clients.   This is the result of our Professional Design  Team, which includes a complete staff of engineers, designers, drafters and office support personnel, representing years of experience and expertise, who strive to provide our clients with the most functional well designed, cost-effective buildings possible, while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing environment.

EAM has an in-house computer facility available which is used extensively to provide computerized drafting (AutoCAD), lighting analysis, electrical energy power budgets, short circuit analysis, computerized load studies, life cycle cost analysis for air conditioning, heating and ventilation of buildings and complexes.  A computer sharing network is also used to enhance various in-house programs and to provide the most comprehensive, up-to-date system analysis available.

EAM's philosophy is to provide full attention to each project, thus providing the client with  continuing responsibility and the development of cost-effective solutions to each client's needs and problems.
