The staff, resources and services we provide to our Clients confirm this commitment. EAM is a team of dedicated specialists who remain current in design issues affecting the general public. Their skills are supported by the most advanced technology. Our office is fully computer-capable for communications, feasibility studies, design, building information modeling (BIM) construction documents, specifications and project management services. Our commissioning staff has extensive experience in building systems commissioning. These individuals have a strong background in buildings systems design, giving them the depth of understanding to be effective leaders in the commissioning process. Our staff also includes Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED® AP) that are well versed in the LEED® design and the building certification process. We take full responsibility for meeting our schedules, working within our clients' cost and time parameters and maintaining the highest possible levels of quality in our investigations, documentation and coordination. This approach has earned us a well-deserved reputation for practical solutions completed within established budgets and time frames.
